How long have you lived in Maricopa? I’ve lived in Favorite thing about A+? My favorite thing about A+ is how easy it is to really commit to your goals when enrolled here. You tell them what you need or what you want your schooling to look like and nothing is really ever off the table. Whether that be with your teachers or administration. Working ahead and taking college courses were always easy to access. In my experience there was never many hoops that I had to jump through to get that; all I had to do was ask. Favorite place or thing to do in Maricopa? I love watching movies, so my favorite thing to do in Maricopa is go to Ak-Chin. Although my friends have gotten tired of it. Favorite place or thing to do in Maricopa? My favorite place in Maricopa is the library. Not only do I love to read and am a huge bookworm, but I also have great memories of hanging out with friends there.
What is your favorite memory from high school? Favorite memories are hard to choose, but a memory that impacted me the most was my first day of junior year at A+. Before that day, I was homeschooled until high school. For my first two years of high school, I did ASU Prep Digital, so 11th grade was my first time attending an in-person school. I remember being nervous, but thankfully, many people came up and talked to me, which helped me feel more comfortable! Plus, I had my brother, who is a year younger, with me, which also helped a lot. What’s next? I am already enrolled to attend Arizona State University next year and begin my degree in sociology. What is your ultimate career goal? My dream is to become an attorney.
