SUPPLEMENT REPORT
NARRATIVE: On 11/22/2024 at approximately 1945 hours, I responded to the street of W Amsterdam Rd in the City of Maricopa of Pinal County. This was the location where Officer FOX responded to and was out with Maricopa County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) employee who had a female juvenile later identified as (DOB: )in custody he saw running from the intersection of W Amsterdam Rd and N Madison Rd.

I got back in my patrol vehicle and went to attempt to locate the other two individuals around the area they were last seen, As I drove around I did not observe any two individuals walking in the area. I drove back to Officer Fox. At this time, Officer Fox stated was not saying much and asked me to talk to her and see if I could get more information.

continued to tell me she was in Senita subdivision at her cousin home and decided to go for a walk and ended up here (referring to W Amsterdam
Rd in the Meadows subdivision). continued to tell me the reason she was running was because she felt like she was going to get kidnapped from a grey sedan that was following her for approximately 10-15 minutes. said she didn't see the person form inside because the windows were tinted but they had black hair. When I asked who the two other individuals that she was with were stated she was alone. said she was alone going for a walk and she was alone and if they saw someone with two other individuals it could be someone who looks like her. It should be noted that was wearing a solid black spaghetti strap top and black and white plaid pajama bottoms with blue slippers and when asked about her attire she said she always goes on walks with this type of clothing. kept repeating she was alone even after she was told there's video footage of her and two individuals. When was asked for her cousin phone number she said she doesn't know his number. When was asked for her moms phone number she stated she has a number but her phone was not on and when asked for her father phone number she stated she doesn't have her dads phones number. When I asked if she had anyone's phone numbers in her cellphone that she stated was not on she didn't say anything. was now walked and placed into the back of my patrol vehicle and was transported to the scene of the crime where I was told to stay with her since detectives wanted to speak to her. Detective Ramos read her warnings and denied to speak to him without a parent present. At this time, At 2203 hours I was told to take back to the Maricopa Police Department and wait with while her parent was in route to interview. AT 2217 I arrived to the Maricopa Police
