SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT
VIDEOS FROM A NEIGHBOR at
W Guilder Ave.
Be advised the videos are from a dashcam of a vehicle. The vehicle is in the driveway. The far side of the video shows N Dancer St., in between W. Dirk St and W. Guilder Ave. Each video file is approximately 3 minutes in length.

-The video shows at the end headlights of an uninvolved vehicle illuminating Dancer St. No persons are seen on this video.
20241122_192110CH1_00017308.mp4 FROM 11/22/2024 1921 HOURS
-The video shows at approximately 1:36 into the 3-minute video, several persons on the west side of Dancer Rd. An uninvolved vehicle is making a U-turn on Guilder Ave using Dancer Drive. At approximately 1:54 in the video, headlights are seen coming from the north end of Dancer Rd. The subjects from prior are seen turning and walking north toward the headlights. At approximately 2:30 into the video clip, the headlights are seen moving further south on Dancer Rd, closer to Guilder Ave. The vehicle comes into the frame. The vehicle is the 2008 Cadillac STS that is driven by Sergio, and Carlos is in the passenger seat. The brake lights illuminate two people walking up to the vehicle.

-The video shows the brake lights still illuminated and two subjects outside the vehicle. The dome lights of the vehicle are then on when the rear passenger door is opened. According to Sergio, Carlos, and the person is Approximately 20 seconds into the 2:59 video clip the back driver's side door appears to be closed. The dome light of the vehicle is still on as it appears never fully closed his door. Movement is seen in the vehicle.

-This video shows the dome light still on with movement in the vehicle. 1:33 into the 3:00 minute clip a figure comes up to the car on the outside, blocking the rear tail light for a brief moment. It appears movement from the outside of the vehicle is blocking some of the dome light from the in car dash cam. Approximately 1:48 into the video a shot can be heard. One shadow blocks the tail light as the pass at 1:49 into the video. At 1:50 into the video, a second figure passes the tail light. The vehicle brakes lights then are illuminated and the vehicle leaves the area.

-This video nothing is heard. Vehicles in neighborhood traveling normally.
