Munoz advised of going to North John Wayne Parkway in Maricopa for his injuries. Munoz was observed to have a bright red swollen left ear resembling the medical condition referred to as cauliflower ear. The skin along the edge of Munoz's left ear was blistered and scabbed over with dried blood. Munoz also had a contusion to the back of his head and abrasions to the right side of his face and nose. subsequently obtained copies of Munoz's medical record from confirming Munoz was treated at 2245 hours on 11-22-2024.

Munoz's 2008 Cadillac STS and Apple iPhone were seized and later impounded as evidence at the Maricopa Police Department. Vasquez recalled hearing a gunshot during the incident but believed it to be fake. Vasquez mentioned later learning one of the males involved had been shot and killed. On 11-24-2024 at 0800 hours, Detective Mccullar and I attended

autopsy. Dr.

Stano recovered a large projectile from

lower abdomen.

The projectile was

described as entering through

left rear shoulder, transversing his left lung,

heart and liver in a downward trajectory. had horizontal lacerations to his right middle and first finger knuckles. At approximately 0912 hours, Dr. Stano completed the autopsy and released clothing, earring and one projectile into my possession. All items were impounded at the Maricopa Police Department.

The Honorable Joseph R Georgini reviewed and approved all five search warrants which were served tp Meta Platforms, Inc. through the Law Enforcement Online Request System at approximately 1650 hours. On 11-27-2024, I obtained the results of all five Instagram search warrants. Through an initial review of several Instagram direct messages exchanged between and it was learned that on or about 11-16-2024, the two began making plans to "hit a lick" on one of the local drug dealers. Throughout their exchanges there was mention of the two along with other unidentified participants, "car hopping" nightly within the cities of Maricopa and Chandler.
