any romantic involvement with Sergio.

Dominique also mentioned that Sergio had texted her the night of the incident, stating he had been hit with a gun and was bleeding. She showed me the text messages, which corroborated her statement. Dominique expressed frustration with Sergio's lack of communication about the incident and his reluctance to provide details. Chris reiterated that he had no involvement in the robbery and that he had tried to dissuade and from carrying out the plan. He mentioned that he had seen and with guns at house but did not believe they would follow through with the robbery. I concluded the interaction by informing Dominique and Chris that their cooperation was appreciated, and that the investigation would continue. I assured them that their fingerprints and phone data would be used solely for the purpose of identifying the suspects involved in the incident. Upon leaving Dominique's residence I was able to make contact with Detective Miller with the Casa Grande Police Department to request he assist me with a search of Chris's cellphone. Detective Mccullar and I responded to the Casa Grande Police Department and turned over Chris's cellphone to Detective Miller with the Casa Grande Police Department to be downloaded. On 12/13/24 at approximately 1000 hours I was able to take possession of Chris's phone from Detective Miller at the Casa Grande Police Department and return it to Chris at Dominique's residence. Detective Miller advised me that he was still working on getting the downloaded content and would provide me with a report and the download at a later time. Prior to leaving the Casa Grande Police Department Detective Miller was able to tell me that he was able to identify Chris had left the area of s residence just after 1920 hours on the night of the homicide and arrived in the Rancho El Dorado subdivision at approximately 1933 hours as Chris had reported. Detective Miller advised me that he did not see any location history showing Chris had gone to Mcdonalds on 11/22/24 and also that Chris had not gone to the Ak Chin Reservation or to the Villages subdivision. Detective Miller was also able to identify that Chris had gone to the area of Ruins Rd on the Gila River Reservation prior to the homicide where he had stated he had picked up

Detective Miller stated he located numerous photographs of Chris holding different guns and found a photo with Chris with a handgun on 11/24/24.

While talking to Dominique and Chris while returning Chris's phone to him I advised him that I was concerned about the photograph located on his phone showing him with a handgun that was dated 11/24/24. Chris initially stated the gun belonged to or but then stated the gun belonged to another friend of his and was not related to the homicide.

Chris could not remember exactly where he picked up of the homicide but remembered possibly picking up address on Ruins located in his location history.
