SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT

On December 12, 2024, at approximately 1330 hours Detective Mccullar and I went to the Mcdonalds located on John Wayne Parkway and attempted to obtain video surveillance from 11/22/24. Per the manager, there was no footage kept from 11/22/24 and as a result no footage was obtained. At approximately 1400 hours, Detective Mccullar and I, responded to Dominique's residence to request for elimination fingerprints from her and Chris. Upon arrival, I engaged in a conversation with Dominique and Chris to obtain their fingerprints and gather additional information regarding the incident. I approached Dominique and explained the need for elimination prints to differentiate between known individuals and potential suspects who had been in Sergio's car. Dominique agreed to provide her fingerprints. We discussed the logistics of where to take the prints, considering the presence of children inside the house. Ultimately, we decided to take the prints on the back of a vehicle parked in the car port. During the conversation, Dominique mentioned that Chris was on his way back after dropping off his sister. I requested Dominique to call Chris and inform him that we needed his fingerprints as well. Dominique complied and called Chris, who confirmed he was at Walmart and would return after dropping off his sister and her boyfriend. While waiting for Chris, I continued to gather information from Dominique. She mentioned that Sergio had been in her house the night of the incident, appearing bloody and claiming he had been jumped. Dominique stated that Sergio did not mention anything about a gunshot or a robbery at that time. She also mentioned that Chris and Sergio had a tense relationship, with Sergio suspecting Chris's involvement in the incident. Chris arrived shortly after, and I explained the need for his fingerprints. He agreed and provided the necessary prints. During our conversation, Chris mentioned that he had been at house the night of the incident, where he overheard discussions about robbing Sergio. Chris claimed he advised against it and left the house, believing the plan would not be executed. Chris also mentioned that he had previously warned Sergio about potential dangers but did not specifically inform him about the robbery plan on the night of the incident. He expressed concern about being perceived as involved in the setup and agreed to provide his phone for examination to prove his innocence. I obtained Chris's consent to download the contents of his phone, ensuring that the data would be used solely for the investigation. Chris provided his phone and passcode, and I assured him that the phone would be returned as soon as possible. Throughout the interaction, Dominique and Chris provided additional details about their relationships with Sergio, and other individuals involved. Dominique mentioned that she had known Sergio since her sophomore year and that Chris had been friends with for a while. Both Dominique and Chris denied
