I was applying for a lot of jobs and either didn’t hear back or the interviews just fell through. But the process here was pretty simple. What do you enjoy about your job? I love working with the kids and forming connections with the families. How do you plan to spend your money? I’m saving to move out soon, so most of my pay is going toward my savings.

How was the job hunt? I applied to 15-plus jobs in Maricopa, and I didn’t get hired at any one of them. It definitely feels like Maricopa doesn’t have those opportunities because it’s hard to find a job. What do you enjoy about your job? I really like this company. I get base commission at 10%, but it can go all the way up to 50%. In my first two weeks, I got promoted. How do you plan to spend your money? I plan to save my money to help pay for college, a house and a better car.
How was the job hunt? My brother used to work here, so he helped me get the job. But finding a job was kind of hard because I feel like the job industry in Maricopa is pretty small. It’s a lot harder to get a job here. It probably took me six months to finally get this job. What do you enjoy about your job? For the most part, it’s a pretty easy job. I really appreciate how the customers are very easygoing. How do you plan to spend your money? I’m mostly saving for my first year of college so that I don’t have to work during the first or even second semester.
