be optimal. Some of the fastest-selling homes are the larger ones (four or more bedrooms). Since the pandemic, the number of people working from home has increased drastically. Many two- or three-bedroom homes don’t have enough space for a family and a home office or two. Size and price being equal, a four-bedroom home will be more sought after than a three-bedroom one. Prices will continue to stay steady until either interest rates or inventory drops. Maricopa will continue to grow with more businesses, both big and small. Most residents don’t realize there are 27,096 homes in the city, and developers have land and plans set aside for another 46,298 homes. This means that we are only 37% built out. We have a great city with some great residents. We chose Maricopa for a reason. Smile, be kind to one another and together we will make the city even better. Welcome to Maricopa — “the friendliest city in Arizona!”
