1 Slow down and breathe. A few deep breaths can turn a bad drive into a manageable one. 2 Let others drive like idiots. You can’t control them, and karma will catch up eventually. 3 Use musical therapy. Playlists, podcasts or guided relaxation tracks can reframe frustration. 4 Plan around traffic. Leave early or travel outside peak times to reduce stress triggers.
